Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing flat or apartment number):

Redelivery: £3.50 handling fee plus the new shipping cost

Cancellation: Refund minus original shipping cost and £3.50 handling fee
